Refund policy
We will gladly accept any non-damaged, not significantly used perfume bottle with the original box within 15 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
The perfume level in the bottle should not decrease by more than 5ml.

The customer needs to return the perfume via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
If a customer qualifies for free delivery, a deduction of Rs 250 will be applied as the delivery charge.
Samples are non-refundable.
All perfumes to be returned with boxes, pouches, any other packaging material
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
Products on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
